It’s now been 3 weeks since I had nose surgery with Dr. Hyunjoo Kim.
The photos are a mix from week 2 and 3,
and honestly, I’m pretty satisfied so far!
One of my acquaintances had their nose done by Dr. Kim and was super happy with it,
so I decided to go for a consultation too.
The consultant was really kind, and Dr. Kim himself was super friendly and detailed during the consult.
He took a really thorough look at everything,
so I ended up putting down a deposit and booking my surgery on the spot.
Originally, I had a short nose,
and the fact that you could clearly see my nostrils from the front really bothered me.
That was my biggest concern going into this.
I told the doctor I wanted a smooth, straight bridge that wasn’t overdone.
My surgical plan included correcting the hump, fixing the short nose,
and improving the nasolabial angle.
Compared to other clinics, the cost wasn’t exactly cheap,
so I did think it over for a bit.
But I figured — this is something that’s going to stay with me for decades,
and it’s not worth saving a little money if it ends up backfiring later
Post-op care has been really well-organized too,
and everyone at the clinic is super nice.
