Revision Rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery – 6 Months Post-Op

It's now been six months
since my revision rhinoplasty
with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
Because my nose was already on the larger side,
I was worried that correcting my drooping nasal tip
might make it look even bigger.
Thankfully,
now that six months have passed,
most of the swelling has gone down,
and my nose has gradually settled
into a much more natural appearance.
Another concern of mine
was my deeply retracted columella,
and I'm very happy
with how naturally that has been corrected as well.
For my revision surgery,
a silicone implant was used for the bridge
and autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip.
My surgical plan also included
columella lowering
and nasolabial angle adjustment.
Overall,
I'm very satisfied with the result
and happy that everything has healed
just the way I had hoped.
