Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage – 6 Months Post-Op

In the beginning,
my nose felt quite firm and heavy
because of the rib cartilage.
Just as Dr. Hyun Joo Kim explained
during my follow-up appointments,
it has become much softer
now that I’m six months post-op.
As the swelling has gone down,
my nasal bridge has also become
more natural and refined.
My friends often tell me
that my nose looks noticeably higher
while still looking very natural.
The rib cartilage donor-site scar
still has some redness,
but I expect it to gradually fade over time.
The scar inside my nose
is not visible at all.
If I could go back six months
and decide whether to have rhinoplasty again,
