My main concerns were my low nasal tip, wide nostrils, and bulbous nose.
I first learned about RU Plastic Surgery through YouTube and online plastic surgery communities.
After researching the clinic, I felt that Dr. Hyun Joo Kim had extensive experience using autologous costal cartilage for rhinoplasty,
and I especially liked his overall aesthetic approach and the natural-looking results.
I was also reassured by the anesthesia care provided at the clinic,
which helped me decide to have my rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery.
My surgical plan included bulbous tip correction, alar reduction, and nasolabial angle adjustment.
Silicone was used for the nasal bridge, while autologous costal cartilage was used to shape and support the nasal tip.
I also underwent functional nasal surgery at the same time to help improve my breathing.
My recovery has been much easier than I expected.
I experienced relatively little swelling and almost no bruising, and the surgical scars have also been minimal so far.
I am extremely satisfied with both the recovery process and the overall result.
