One Month After Customized Male Hump Nose Rhinoplasty

It has now been one month since my customized rhinoplasty.
Most of the major swelling has subsided, and my nose is gradually looking much more natural.
The height of my nose has also settled noticeably compared with the early postoperative period, and the discomfort has decreased significantly,
so I am now able to go about my daily activities without much difficulty.
There is still some minor scarring, but since I am only one month post-op,
I plan to continue monitoring it as the healing process progresses.
I had my hump nose correction performed by Dr. Hyun Joo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery and recently returned to the clinic for my one-month follow-up appointment.
Dr. Kim explained both the surgical process and postoperative care in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
At my recent follow-up, he told me that the swelling was subsiding well and that my overall recovery was progressing smoothly.
He also took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and kindly, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured as a patient.
My surgical plan included nasolabial angle adjustment, osteotomy, alar correction, and functional nasal surgery for rhinitis-related symptoms.
Autologous costal cartilage and a 3D-customized Innofit silicone implant were used for my rhinoplasty.
So far, I am pleased with how naturally my nose is settling,
and I am looking forward to seeing the final result as the remaining swelling continues to subside.
