Three Weeks After Revision Rhinoplasty for a Drooping Nasal Tip
본문

Before / 3w post-op
It has been almost one month since I underwent revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage with Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
My main goals were to slightly lower the height of the nasal bridge and correct the drooping appearance of the nasal tip.
I am especially pleased with the improvement in the tip, as the downward position has been noticeably corrected.
I did not experience significant swelling even during the early postoperative period, and at this point,
most of the swelling seems to have subsided. I have also been taking a 30-minute walk every day as part of my recovery routine.
Although it is still relatively early in the healing process, my nose already feels quite natural to me,
and I feel that it is becoming increasingly difficult to tell that I recently underwent surgery.
At my two-week follow-up, the sutures were removed along with the internal silicone splint.
Next week will mark one month since surgery, and I am scheduled to return to RU Plastic Surgery for my one-month postoperative follow-up.
So far, I am very satisfied with the improvement in the drooping nasal tip
and am looking forward to seeing the shape become even more refined as the remaining swelling continues to settle.
