Two-Month Review After Customized Rhinoplasty for a Dorsal Hump
본문

Before / 2M post-op
It has now been a little over two months since I underwent rhinoplasty.
At this stage, the result looks so natural that most people around me do not realize I have had nose surgery unless I tell them first. Even after I mention it, some people only notice the change once they take a closer look.
Compared with before surgery, I am very satisfied with how well the new nasal shape harmonizes with the rest of my face.
Whether viewed from the side, from the front, or from different angles, the overall nasal line feels balanced and well suited to my facial features.
I recently visited RU Plastic Surgery for a postoperative follow-up with Dr. Hyunju Kim.
During the visit, Dr. Kim also commented that my swelling and bruising had subsided relatively quickly. So far, I have not experienced any notable complications, and I was told that the nose was settling well and adapting naturally to my facial features.
I am especially pleased that the result does not look overly operated or artificial, while still providing a noticeable improvement in the overall nasal contour.
The surgical materials used were a customized Innofit implant and autologous rib cartilage.
At a little over two months postoperatively, I am very satisfied with how naturally the nose has settled and with how well the overall shape complements my face.
