.I had my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Hyun Joo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.

Before surgery, my biggest insecurity was having a small and short nose. I'm really happy that these concerns have been naturally improved through surgery.

What I love most is that my nose doesn't look obviously operated on. Instead, it blends naturally with the rest of my facial features, making my overall facial proportions look much closer to what I had always wanted.

Even people around me say that my nose looks so natural that they wouldn't have guessed I'd had surgery, which makes me even happier with the results!

During my recent follow-up appointment, the doctor carefully checked my recovery progress, swelling, and post-operative care. He also took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with how my small and short nose has been improved while still maintaining a natural appearance.

Since my goal from the beginning was to achieve a subtle and natural-looking result, I'm especially happy that my nose has settled into exactly the kind of shape I was hoping for.
