Three-Month Review After Revision Rhinoplasty Using Autologous Rib Cartilage

Immediately after my revision rhinoplasty, I was a little worried that the result might have turned out too natural.
However, as time has passed and the swelling has continued to settle, I have become much more satisfied with the overall result.
My friends have also commented that my overall appearance looks noticeably better, and some have even asked where I had my rhinoplasty because they liked how natural the result looked.
I underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery, and I especially appreciate that the shape does not look excessive or overly operated.
Instead, I feel that the nose fits naturally with the rest of my facial features while still giving my face more definition.
In addition to the cosmetic rhinoplasty, I also underwent procedures for a deviated nasal septum and rhinitis.
Before surgery, I often felt that my nasal airway was somewhat restricted, but since the operation, I personally feel that breathing has become much more comfortable.
At three months postoperatively, a significant amount of the swelling has subsided, and the nose continues to look more natural as it settles.
I am very satisfied with both the aesthetic changes and the functional improvements I have experienced so far, and I am grateful to Dr. Hyunju Kim and the team at RU Plastic Surgery for their care throughout the process.
