Three-Month Review After Revision Rhinoplasty for a Pinched Nose with Customized 3D DCF

It has now been three months since I underwent revision rhinoplasty for a pinched nose with Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
Looking at how my nose has settled over the past three months, I can see that the shape has stabilized very well, and the overall contour looks even more refined than it did at the one-month stage.
At first, I wondered whether the height might decrease as the swelling subsided, but the projection has remained very close to the level I had hoped for, to the point that any change is barely noticeable.
Every time I look at my side profile, I feel extremely pleased with the result.
Among all the cosmetic procedures I have undergone, this is the first time I have felt completely satisfied with the outcome, and I am truly very grateful.
Because of various personal circumstances, I was not able to return for follow-up visits after the one-month appointment.
However, from the postoperative care I did receive, I was able to feel how meticulous and attentive the clinic is with aftercare.
I have undergone cosmetic procedures before, but it is rare to find a clinic that pays such close attention to postoperative management.
Since this is a nose I will live with for the rest of my life, I chose the clinic very carefully, and I truly feel that I made the right decision.
What I am especially happy about is that the previously pinched area has improved and the alar contour now looks much more natural and aesthetically pleasing.
That had been a subtle but ongoing source of stress for me, so I feel genuinely happy now that it has improved so much.
