Three-Month Review After Customized Revision Rhinoplasty: From a Pointed to a Softer, Rounded Tip

I had rhinoplasty many years ago, but over time, I became increasingly bothered by how pointed and artificial my nasal tip looked.
From the front, I was also often told that my nose appeared long, which made my midface look longer as well. This became a significant source of stress for me and eventually led me to consider revision rhinoplasty.
I first learned about RU Plastic Surgery through a recommendation from someone I knew.

For that reason, I decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery.
My surgery was performed using autologous rib cartilage together with a customized 3D implant.
During the early stage of recovery, I had some concerns because of the swelling and tightness around my nose, but as time passed, I could gradually see the shape becoming more stable and natural.
The rib cartilage donor site was also somewhat uncomfortable at first, but as it healed, it became much less noticeable in my daily life.
It has now been three months since my revision rhinoplasty.
Compared with the one-month stage, much more of the swelling has subsided, and I can feel that the nasal contour is settling into a more natural shape.
The tip no longer looks excessively pointed or artificial like it did before. Instead, I feel that the overall shape has become softer, more rounded, and more refined.
I am especially pleased with the improvement from the frontal view.
The nose no longer appears as long as it did before, which makes my overall facial proportions look more balanced. I also feel that the impression of a long midface has become much less noticeable.
People around me have told me that I look more attractive, but they do not immediately realize that I have undergone revision rhinoplasty, which makes me even more satisfied with how natural the result looks.
I was told that some residual swelling may continue to subside gradually, so I am looking forward to seeing how the shape continues to refine over time.
At this point, I feel very glad that I decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty.
